Wool & ACCESSORIES
Our beautiful range of wool includes Calor Yarns, Fiddlesticks, Alpaca Yarns of New Zealand, plus the old favourites including Totem, Bluebell, Cleckheaton, Heirloom.
For all the sock knitters we have Patons, Mille Colori, Jawoll Magic and Jig Saw and more These wool and nylon blends also make beautiful shawls and scarves.
Looking for that extra something to add to your felting or textile project? Check out our growing range of homespun and hand-dyed wool by local spinners.
Lay-by facilities are available.
Our large range of Knitpro needles will be sure to delight. Call in and check out the new cubic range. Yes, they are square needles, great for arthritic fingers. Have a try on our sample square.

BUTTONS
While some see the button as something that is simple and inconspicuous if you are sewing a special garment and need that wow factor a special button may just be the answer.
We have over 6000 buttons on display, I’m sure there will be one for you. Lost a button from your item of clothing, it can be frustrating to find one to match. You now have an easy option – text a photo of what you are looking for and we will attempt to find a match.

The clothing alteration and repair service continues to be a major part of our business.
With 3 experienced seamstresses, we can take the unwearable, repair it, alter it and make it wearable. From simple hems to major alterations, all requests will be considered.
Do you need to make an appointment? Only if you need a miracle.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer alterations to Debutante or Bridal wear.
